Hydro turbine generator is our company’s main product. The generator has two kinds of constructions: Horizontal type –SFW and vertical type SF. The terminal voltage of the generator can be 400v, 6300v or 10500v. According to customer’s requirements, our company can provide the generators of 50HZ and 60Hz different rated frequencies. The speed ranges usually from 500rpm to 1500rpm (50Hz). The insulation class for small and medium generators usually is B/B Class and F/F class. There is four excited type in this series of generators: double winding shunting reactor excited with S.C.R regular, brushless excitation, static silicon control excitation and capacitive excitation.
740-850 frame hydro turbine generator
The number of generator’s frame is 740-850,it has vertical and horizontal type, adopt two end-covers, rolling bearing, cast frame or steel-welding frame, and air cooling with self-circulation. The horizontal type generator and water turbine adopt two or four pivot to form hydro turbine generator set. The class of insulation is B or F. The ways of excitation are excitation of double winding shunt with SCR, brushless exciter excitation and Static silicon control excitation.
990 frame hydro turbine generator
The number of generator’s frame is 990, It has vertical and horizontal type, adopt two end-covers, rolling bearing, cast frame or steel-welding frame, and air cooling with self-circulation.
